Orangeworks Group acquires S&S Baking Solutions and strengthens its position in bakery technology
Orangeworks Group, a leading developer and supplier of advanced process installations for the food industry, proudly announces the acquisition of S&S Baking Solutions. This acquisition marks an important strategic step in expanding Orangeworks’ activities within the global bakery industry.
With the acquisition of S&S Baking Solutions, Orangeworks Group strengthens its ability to deliver complete process lines and integrated technology solutions to the food industry. Close collaboration between companies within the group, including Tanis Food Tec and B&L Chocolate, brings together expertise in aeration, marshmallow processing, chocolate, and bakery technologies. This combination enables Orangeworks to support customers worldwide with total solutions, from individual process steps to fully integrated production lines
This acquisition follows the strategic alliance established between both companies in December 2024 and marks the next step in their successful collaboration.
S&S Baking Solutions has developed into an innovative player in bakery technology, with a strong focus on efficient and sustainable production processes, particularly in steam baking technology.
